Abstract

A very important factor for business production is the work engagement of its employees, many companies do not take due importance to this very important issue, ignoring the needs or goals that the worker has in the company, even confusing feelings or emotions for work engagement, this particularity not only affects production, but also the environment where the individual develops, causing emotional disinterest in their colleagues, there are different types of work engagement among them we can cite three: affective commitments, desire, commitment to continue or need and commitment normative or duty, and each of them have their impacts and contributions within the company, which allowed the problem to be studied in depth. This work evaluates the incidence of work engagement in the quality of the service of the water bottling company "Buen Samaritano Water", using different tools that made it possible to measure the responsibility of the workers, among them the following are named: sentiment analysis, surveys ENPS and exit interviews. Those that allowed us to know the weaknesses and strengths of the company, as well as what aspects need to be improved to offer a better quality of service and greater production.
