Abstract
The presentation of this article focuses on the study of transformational leadership as a means to develop educational management based on the behavior of a leader in a formative and ethical sense, with the purpose of managing, in conjunction with all educational actors, the improvement in education institutional educational quality, because the transformation is planned and projected as an educational training project. The objective of this document is based on the presentation of strategies that will promote transformational leadership in the face of educational management to guarantee the good professional performance of the director of the “Heroes del Cenepa” school in the city of Machala. For this study, the mixed approach was applied, which helped in the collection and analysis of data, for which, the survey, the virtual interview technique was applied, with a series of open questions for the manager and the survey with a questionnaire digital for teachers, with the Likert-type scale, the population and sample is made up of the manager and the 20 teachers assigned for the 2021-2022 school year, the statistical treatment used is an Excel matrix generated by the Google Forms tool. In this way, the results allowed to contribute to the conclusions, recommendations and proposal of this article that aims to promote changes towards a transformational leadership in educational management to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process.

Clinical Psychologist - Technical University of Machala, entered the Ecuadorian teaching profession in 2017 at the School of Basic Education "UNE" with hours as a teacher in preschool children. Later I was transferred to the “Héroes del Cenepa” Basic Education School working in the preparatory and elementary basic levels as a classroom teacher, an activity that I carried out with responsibility, applied didactics and pedagogy in each of my classes. I am also part of the Executive Council of the Institution as the third Principal Vocal, I belong to the Pedagogical Technical Commission and I also fulfill the role of president in the Ornation and Health commission.
