A theoretical systematization about self-regulation and responsive learning

Abstract

In this scientific article, the main theoretical and methodological aspects of the evaluation models called "responsive and constructivist," or evaluation of the fourth generation, are systematized. It is a qualitative model that allows different groups to evaluate the implementation of social programs and projects. The responsive and constructivist evaluation models are essential alternatives to ensure the evaluation of the processes and the results. The research was applied inside a prestigious university in Guayaquil. Qualitative research prevailed with the use of theoretical methods such as the historical-logical to determine the main theoretical foundations that support the responsive evaluation model, theoretical systematization, and scientific modeling.

Doctor of Educational Sciences. Bachelor of Education. Associate Professor. Professor at UEES in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and in the Master of Educational Management. Teacher and Academic Auditor at Torremar Bilingual School. He has participated in various national and international events. He has more than twenty publications in Indexed Magazines, such as Latindex and Scielo. Doctoral Thesis Tutor at the Universidad del Rosario, Argentina, and the University of Holguín, Cuba. He has received more than one hundred hours of training in Education and Pedagogy in 2020 and 2021

Dr. Ayala has degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, Education Sciences, and received his PhD in Education from the University of Melbourne in Australia, in 2018, with his highest concentration of study in foreign language teaching and learning, pedagogy, educational management, and higher education. He is an educator and has experience as an Academic Coordinator. His previous experience also includes working as head of Humanities and Community and Service departments. He was a professor at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, at Universidad de las Americas in Quito, and at Universidad de Guayaquil. Dr. Ayala is a member of the Monash University Hispanic Studies Teachers Association, Australia.

Francisca Ramona Marrero-Salazar, Universidad de Holguín - Cuba

Professor at the Center for Organizational Management Studies. She has the category of fulltime professor at the University of Holguín. She has a degree in Education in the specialty of Physics and Astronomy, a master's degree in Planning, Administration, and Supervision of Educational Systems, and a Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences. She has 39 years of expertise as a teacher and researcher at different levels of the Cuban Education System in Pedagogical Training, Educational Management, and Evaluation. She has extensive participation in undergraduate and postgraduate training, as well as advisor for the accreditation of various programs in different Cuban universities and in research projects.
